01. Due Diligence
Wherever required, ALBS can conduct comprehensive due diligence exercise for investments made by the Prospect directly or through its Special Purpose Vehicle companies, for high-value credit facilities, equity participation, joint ventures, and contracts in the usual course of business such as off-take contracts and distribution agreements.
02. Monitoring of Legal and Statutory Issues
Information relating to legal and statutory issues are monitored, reviewed and updated periodically. These include the following:
- Statutory documents are reviewed and notified for necessary updating by the local personnel responsible for such action.
- Advice on status of leases or such similar property arrangements.
- Review and updating of dates of hearing for litigation, appraisal of the stage at which the matter is in court, etc.
